Docks at Caney Creek:
‘In perfect balance with nature’

Recreation and relaxation take the forefront at the Docks at Caney Creek, a new community on the shores of Watts Bar Lake, just outside the historic town of Kingston. Wilson notes that the lots in the new neighborhood offer a variety of views, from lake frontage to mountain views and lake views. The lots range from approximately three-quarters of an acre to one-and-a-half acres. Lot prices range from $48,000 to $199,000.

“This serene lakeside community has a thoughtful and generous selection of amenities, and it is convenient to Knoxville, away but not too far away,” Wilson suggests.
