couples find Townsend 'a neat place to live'

There is so much to do in Townsend you don't need to go anywhere else.In retirement, Tommy Enis’ “new” career currently coincides with building a Kinzel Springs home for himself and wife, Cathy.

The retired Memphis firefighter, who owns and operates Woodland Homes in Walland, is hoping to finish construction by Dec. 1. It will be the couple’s third local home that Tommy has built for them since moving to the area nearly 15 years ago.
